Delve into the world of undergraduate student instruction and join us as we discuss specific course design strategies for Smeal's large-enrollment Accounting 211 course. We will discuss the learning design approaches used to create engaging content and establish course flow by both utilizing and hacking Canvas tools and functions. Specifically, we will review strategies and best practices for course management, grading and quizzes. ACCTG 211 is hybrid-delivery course with over 1000 students per semester, giving us a unique opportunity to observe and respond to the unique teaching and learning needs of our students in a very competitive and challenging course.
